Candidates who have passed B.Sc. Medical Imaging Technology/ BSc Radiography and Imaging Technology/ BSc Medical Technology with a minimum of 50% marks with 1 year compulsory internship or B.Voc in MIT course with 1 year internship or clinical experience after B.Voc from the institution where mode of study is a full-time program recognized by Yenepoya (Deemed to be University) are eligible for M.Sc. MIT.
Graduates in M.Sc. Medical Imaging Technology can pursue academic career as educators in government or private institutions. They can handle and execute assignments in hospitals, diagnostic centres, healthcare institutions, and research laboratories. They can also work as radiation safety officers, Application Specialists in Companies, Clinical sales specialists of Imaging Equipment, and technical supervisors and clinical supervisors.
