NSS

National Service Scheme, under the Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports Govt. of India, popularly known as NSS was launched in Mahatma Gandhi’s Birth Centenary Year 1969, with a primary focus on the development of personality of students through community service. The primary objective of developing the personality and character of the student youth through voluntary community service. ‘Education through Service’ is the purpose of the NSS.

We at YSAHS have 15 NSS Units where we provide opportunities to the students in the development of personality of students through community service.
