An Occupational Therapist is involved with objective planning and execution of therapy through specialized skills for the purpose of preventing, alleviating, correcting or limiting - acute and chronic illness, impairment, dysfunction or bodily malfunction. Since the inception, Occupational Thus, the practice of Occupational therapy is guided by objective assessments, a conclusive diagnosis of functional limitations and intervention of function, to alleviate, control and treat dysfunction due to illness, accident, injury and developmental problems.
