Success of the event Stalls for Charity A fundraiser for the AIDS survivors

The NSS Units 6, 8 and 13 in collaboration with Youth Red Cross of Yenepoya School of Allied Health Sciences are thrilled to announce the resounding success of the event "Stalls for Charity: A fundraiser for the AIDS survivors" that was conducted on Dec 11, while observing World AIDS Day.

We were successful in collecting Rs. 52000 by the collaborative efforts of the NSS and Youth Red Cross volunteers.

The collected amount was handed over to the Snehadeep organization, which works for the welfare of the orphans tested positive for HIV.

A heartfelt thanks to the Unit of Medical Laboratory Technology who came forward to create awareness among the children regarding Menstrual hygiene and hand hygiene.
