About the Event

Astra 3.0 is the flagship All India Intercollegiate Sports and Cultural Fest organized by Yenepoya Allied & Healthcare Professions, Yenepoya (Deemed to be University). The fest serves as a vibrant platform that celebrates the spirit of sportsmanship, creativity, teamwork, and student talent.

Following the success of previous editions, Astra continues to bring together students from institutions across the country, fostering collaboration, healthy competition, and cultural exchange among aspiring healthcare professionals.

The journey of Astra began in May 2024, bringing together institutions from Karnataka, Kerala, and Tamil Nadu. Astra 2.0 expanded significantly, attracting 27 colleges from across India with more than 900 students and 150 faculty members participating in various sports and cultural competitions.

Building on this momentum, Astra 3.0 aims to deliver an even more dynamic and inclusive experience, encouraging participation from institutions nationwide while celebrating the energy and creativity of student communities.

A key highlight of this edition is the introduction of a special Open Category, allowing participation from students of other professional degree programmes, thereby fostering interdisciplinary engagement and broader talent representation.

These events provide students with a platform to showcase their artistic expression, creativity, and communication skills.

General Guidelines

Participants must complete online registration and payment prior to the event.
Valid College ID and Bonafide Certificate are mandatory during check-in.
Registered participants will receive Astra 3.0 ID cards, which must be carried for campus entry and event participation.
Teams must report at least 30 minutes before the event.
The decision of judges and referees will be final.
All participants are expected to maintain discipline and decorum on campus and adhere to university regulations.
