Event Summary
The Department of Medical Laboratory Technology, YSAHS, in association with Vana Trust and NSS Units 3, 5 & 13, successfully organized an Industrial Visit and Cleaning Drive on 12th September 2025 at Re Sustainability Healthcare Solutions Ltd., Mulki, under the theme 'Knowledge Through Experience.'
This initiative was conducted as part of the Biomedical Waste Management Programme, aligning with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDG 3 - Good Health & Well-Being and SDG 4 - Quality Education). The visit provided participants with practical exposure to biomedical waste handling and management processes, while the Cleaning Drive emphasized responsibility towards a cleaner and healthier community.
Objective / Purpose of the Program
To provide students and participants with practical exposure to biomedical waste management processes and emphasize environmental responsibility through hands-on learning and community-driven initiatives.
