The Unit of Cardiovascular Technology and Medical Laboratory Sciences, Yenepoya School of Allied Health Sciences, successfully observed International Self-Care Day 2026 on 25th July by organizing a Guest Lecture on "Nourish to Flourish: Healthy Diet and Lifestyle for Lifelong Well-being" by Ms. Aysath Isha Rasana, Clinical Dietitian, Yenepoya Medical College Hospital, Mangaluru, followed by a Cooking Without Fire competition that encouraged healthy eating, creativity, and teamwork.
